Program Overview
We are inviting fresh graduates to join our 6-month Full Stack Developer Internship Self Training Program.
This program is designed to:
- Equip candidates with practical full stack development skills.
- Provide real-world project exposure.
- Transition them into a full-time role at our company - depending on interview and project submission.
Mode: Guided Self Learning (Based on module provided) + Only online + hands-on practice with AI usage.
Program Structure
Phase 1: Self Training (First 2 Months - Unpaid)
- Hands-on sessions on Full Stack Development.
- Self Learning based on the module.
- Weekly assignments, code reviews, and assessments.
- Exposure to real-world coding standards.
- Assessment for Phase 1.
- Certificate of participation.
Phase 2: Internship (Next 4 to 6 Months - Paid), If Phase 1 assessment is cleared.
- Stipend: ₹15,000/month (based on assessment & performance).
- Direct contribution to live projects.
- Continuous mentorship & guidance.
- Final Assessment and Ranking
Post Program Opportunity
✔ Successful candidates will be offered a **Full-Time Developer Role** with a package upto **₹3.5 LPA**. - (Based on Ranking and Performance during Internship)
